Fantastic experience from start to finish installing Solar with Magma Electric. Casey was a delight to deal with getting quotes and updates, and them team around Matt was perfect getting everything installed.Another "top" installer had refused to install on our roof because it was terracotta tiles, but Magma Electrical was up to the challenge.

Matthew at Magma was fantastic from the start in delivering all the information on the solar system we were looking for, plus the new hot water heat pump they also installed. He came round on a Sunday to finalise everything and went above and beyond to resolve any questions we had. On installation day the team turned up in the pouring rain but got to work with no fuss and it all went smoothly, very quick and efficient.

Just had the best experience having solar installed on our new home. The whole team are so organized and professional and really know their stuff. It gave me alot of confidence to know that they aren't just solar installers but qualified electricians too who dont use contractors but everything is inhouse. Exceptional service . Magma installed a solar system very promptly. Communication was excellent and they made the process very easy. Even completing my paper work! I chose Magma Electrical after receiving 3 quotes to update panels on my 2 BR unit. The quote from Magma best met my needs at a good price. I had a home visit from Casey to understand what I needed, that was very helpful. On the date of installation, the guys arrived on time and explained what they were doing. They were terrific to deal with. They also carefully removed my old system as I have a relative who can re-use it on his farm sheds. The follow up from Magma has been great.
